| Q: How are payments processed? | |||||||||||||||||||
| A: Payments are processed securely through Paypal with any major credit card. A Paypal account is not required for the transaction.. There is no extra charge to the consumer for this transaction. Rest assured that your information such as email, address, etc. will never be sold to another party by Dumm Wear. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Q: How do I change my order? | |||||||||||||||||||
| A: Order changes must be made as soon as humanly possible via email. Once an order is shipped we will not be able to make changes to any order. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Q Do you do wholesale? | |||||||||||||||||||
| A: No, Dumm Wear does not have a wholesaling program in place. This allows us to provide a more consistent quality to our end customer rather than cranking out mass produced product. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Q: Does Dumm Wear provide other screen printing services? | |||||||||||||||||||
| A: At this point in time Dumm Wear only provides small job services to local customers in the Eastern PA area to insure great customer service | |||||||||||||||||||
| Q: Does Dumm Wear put any type of logo on its shirts? | |||||||||||||||||||
| A: Typically we do not. We usualy only put our name on promotional shirts. We came to a general concensus that not everyone wants it. This also saves us in printing time. If you would like we will be more than happy to put our web address on the back of your shirt at no extra cost. Let us know with either an email at time of order, or put it in the comment section at time of checkout. If ordering multiple shirts please be sure to specify which ones need the back printed. | |||||||||||||||||||
